I.C.S.101.我们的使命、愿景、价值观
Uncommon people do uncommon things（与众不同的人成就与众不同的事业）。
1、Mission（使命）
Make Something Wonderful（做对的事，把事做对），在合适时间、把钱种在合适的地里。
2、Vision（愿景）
Put Something Back（回馈有价值的工作），种下的每一块钱都能创造超过一块钱的价值。
3、Values（价值观）
Remain Grounded, Keep Aiming Higher（平常心做非常事），我们把如何做到分成三个部分：We eat our own cooking（本分）、Common Sense（平常心）、Walk The Talk.（一致性）。
（1）We eat our own cooking（本分）
All inward-converging power, simply put, is about being the best version of yourself（本分是一切向内收敛的力量，简单的说就是做好自己）。
（2）Common Sense（平常心）
Common sense is the ability to eliminate psychological interference when facing problems and return to the root of things to think about the issue（平常心是面对问题时能排除心理上的干扰，回到事物的源头思考问题）。
（3）Walk The Talk（一致性）
A lot of people are just incapable of functioning well day after day, even though they’re capable of brilliance from time to time（很多人就是无法日复一日地正常运作，尽管他们偶尔能展现出卓越的才华），参考：《1991 Warren Buffett.Three Lectures to Notre Dame Faculty》。
I would say that almost everybody I know in Wall Street has had as many good ideas as I have, they just had a lot of [bad] ideas too.
我想说的是，在华尔街我认识的几乎所有人都有和我一样多的好主意，他们只不过也有很多[糟糕的]主意。
